BMC Deposits First Contribution to HSAs in January
If you enrolled in the Aetna Health Savings Plan for 2013 and have a Health Savings Account (HSA) with UMB Bank, BMC deposited 50% of the annual company-provided contribution to your account in January.
BMC's contribution depends on your base salary and the how many dependents you cover under the Aetna HSA Plan.

BMC will make a second contribution to your account in July for the remaining 50% of the annual amount listed above.
You are eligible for BMC's HSA contribution if you are actively employed by BMC on the date the company contribution is deposited to your HSA.

Your Health Care Flexible Spending Account and/or Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account were automatically reloaded on January 1 if you enrolled in these plans for 2013. How to Request Reimbursement for Fitness Expenses
To encourage you to keep fit and stay healthy, the BMC Fitness Reimbursement Program provides $225 per calendar year to help pay for fitness activities outside your home.
To request reimbursement, complete the online reimbursement form available on Your Benefits Resources. Select Your Spending Account™ from the main menu. Check out this step-by-step guide with everything you need to know about requesting reimbursement for fitness expenses.
You can request reimbursement of expenses once per calendar year. Requests must be filed by March 31 of the following year. And remember, you must be an active BMC employee when you incur the expense and on the date BMC receives your request for reimbursement.
