The BMC Wellness Program Steps for 2014 ends July 31, 2014. Congratulations to everyone who participated in the 2014 Wellness Program to get healthier and save money! Be sure to log on to mybmcwellness.com and visit the Rewards Center to review the discounts you've earned. If you have questions about your discounts, please call Healthways at 1-866-366-8226.
The medical premium discount you'll receive in 2015 depends on how you and your eligible spouse participated in the program. Get details about the program and discounts here. The discount you earned will appear as a wellness credit on the Your Benefits Resources™ website when you enroll this fall.
Hired between May 1 and September 1, 2014? You are eligible to receive a $200 premium discount ($8.33 per paycheck) in 2015 for completing the Well-Being Assessment™ (WBA) by October 31, 2014. To complete the WBA, go to mybmcwellness.com and click on Sign Up.

International Travel Pre-Trip Checklist:
- Make sure you understand your coverage before you leave. Know what you would have to pay out of your own pocket it you need medical care while you are outside the U.S. Call the BlueCard Worldwide® Service Center toll free at 1-800-810-2583 or Kaiser Member Services at 1-800-464-4000.
- Download the free BlueCard Worldwide® mobile app, which helps you locate the nearest in-network doctor, clinic or hospital in more than 200 countries and territories around the world. Remember, using an in-network provider means you should not need to pay for services up front and submit a claim to your medical insurance when you return from your trip.
