Watch for the July Bump in Your HSA Balance
BMC will contribute the remaining 50% of the Company’s total annual contribution to Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) in July.
With the year half over, it's a good time to check your HSA balance. If you don't reach the IRS annual limit by year-end, consider increasing your contributions to your HSA to add to what BMC contributes. It’s a helpful tax-free way to manage health care costs before meeting your deductible. See the Benefits Guide for details.
View your Health Savings Account online at the MyBMC Rewards website (select the Your Spending Account tile). Click here to learn how to change your Health Savings Account contributions. You can also call 1-877-262-4849 and choose Your Spending Accounts.

You Can Stress Less
The unusual changes this country has undergone recently are bound to have caused uncertainty and worry for many Americans. At times of dramatic change, it's important to recognize that the buildup of multiple stressors can hurt both mind and body. Here are ways to identify and address stress.

- Identify your stressors and think creatively about how you might better manage them.
