If you’ve attempted to get your claim issue fixed with your medical, dental, vision plan, but it’s still unresolved, contact the Your Benefits Resources Advocacy Team.
The Advocacy Team specializes in handling medical, dental, vision and Flexible Spending Account claims issues. If you’re not getting answers to your questions or you disagree with the answers you’re getting, the Advocacy team can work with your health care plan to resolve your issue.
To contact the Advocacy Team, call Your Benefits Resources at 1-877-BMC-4849. Enter your username and password, select “Health and Insurance” say “Representative” and then ask to speak to an Advocacy Team member. Be sure to have the following information available when you call:
- Issue description,
- Health care provider,
- Date(s) of service,
- Claim amount, and
- Health care plan’s response.
