You choose. You can earn points for up to 15 custom challenges, but there’s no limit on how many custom challenges you can create.
Participating is a great way to cultivate or create a healthy habit. And when you reach the Luxury Resort level, you could win one of 10 wanderlust trips!

Understanding and Accepting All Types of People
Putting up interpersonal barriers against people with whom we differ or don’t understand can be an automatic reflex. However, it’s better to keep an open mind about others’ differences; we can learn something valuable from everyone we meet.
- Showing tolerance for others means that you maintain fair and non-judgmental attitudes toward beliefs or practices that differ from your own.
- Acceptance goes beyond tolerance, as it means you acknowledge the validity of someone’s worldview without trying to change them.
- Showing understanding means you’ve considered, comprehended and developed a compassionate attitude toward another person’s situation.
- Regularly demonstrating an understanding of others is a virtuous human quality that improves lives.
- Meeting and learning about new people helps us grow, and it can present opportunities for new friendships, community and business opportunities, and a greater understanding of the world around us.

Even a small increase could benefit you at tax time, and that small amount may grow to have a big impact on your future. See an example of how a small increase in your BMC 401(k) account can make a powerful difference.
- Join Fidelity for a complimentary curriculum of workshops on a range of topics, from managing finances to college planning strategies and learning to invest with confidence. Workshops run from February 25 to March 2. Attend one or sign up for several—but register now because space is limited.
- Savings and Spending Check-Up—See how your savings and spending habits compare with Fidelity's recommended guidelines.
Building an Emergency Fund
Fidelity recommends saving enough to cover 3 to 6 months of essential expenses in case of an emergency. But putting away a big chunk of cash to cover an emergency can feel daunting. Break it down, though, and you’ll see that small, concrete steps over a year can add up to serious savings.
According to America Saves campaign, we’re more likely to save a windfall than a small amount consistently over a long period. Hack that psychology by saving your bonuses, raises, and tax refunds.
Start with Your Tax Refund
The average federal tax refund in America is $2,727. If you save half, that’s almost $1,400. Check out Bank of America’s Better Money Habits for this list of monthly tips to help you start building an emergency fund—bringing with it greater financial security and peace of mind.
