Spring into Action, Get Rewarded

The BCBSTX medical plan includes Member Rewards, a program to help you compare costs, save money, and earn cash rewards.

With member rewards, you can shop and earn cash rewards for procedures and services, which can vary based on location. It is quick and easy to show in-network scans, colonoscopies, surgeries, etc. Member Rewards is administered by Sapphire Digital, part of Zelis.

Here’s how it works:

Shop online with Provider Finder by visiting bcbstx.com, registering, or logging in to Blue Access for Members and selecting “Find Care.” If you need help, call the Customer Service number on the back of your member ID card.
Search for a doctor, hospital, behavioral health provider, or urgent care center to find a reward-eligible location for your procedure or service.
Get the procedure or service at your chosen reward-eligible location.
Receive a cash reward by check. After your claim is paid, you will receive the reward check in your home mail, and the service location is verified as reward-eligible.
