Get Back on Track with ClassPass

From the October 2020 Benefits eNews

Are you ready to get back to a fitness class at a studio or at home? You can access and book ClassPass in-studio classes or livestream workouts at home. New digital features include an unlimited ClassPass At Home option, to keep you fit while you stay safe.

Getting started is easy!

  1. Current ClassPass members can:
    1. Reactivate onto the same plan: Head to your Account Settings and select Resume Membership.
    2. Reactivate onto a different plan: Please reach out to classpass.com/contact. Select Corporate Wellness Membership from the drop-down and fill out the corresponding form. You will soon hear from one of the ClassPass Customer Service Agents. See the BMC Quick Guide for available plans.
  2. Access content right from your computer to stream to your TV.
  3. Get active! Discover your new normal with thousands of hours of on-demand video and audio workouts in every genre!

How should I use my credits?

  • Livestream classes: From your computer at classpass.com. Check out new experiences, including cooking, interior design or wine tasting classes!
  • Outdoor classes: Some studios are beginning to hold their classes outside, check out these classes listed in the app, available for iOS and Android.
  • Wellness appointments: Book a one-on-one experience through ClassPass. Get a massage, haircut or book a meditation.

What's new in my membership?

  • Livestream Classes: Participate in the workouts you love while supporting small businesses all over the globe. You can use your regular membership credits to book livestream classes from your computer. Check your email for a link to join the livestream and review any important class details. Tune in at the class time to join other participants all over the globe. Pro tip: Use the social feature to easily book classes with your coworkers. 100% of the proceeds for livestream classes go directly to the studios to support them through this difficult time.
  • Free On-Demand Classes: Your subscription gets you access to over 4,000 hours of on-demand fitness content for free (no additional purchases or credits required to book). This includes video and audio workouts across all fitness genres--even express videos and meditations that are always available and ready when you are.
