“I am amazed. I got off to a slow start. I had a family crisis, holiday and a milestone birthday in these 10 weeks. Typically, I would be up at least 10 pounds. Instead, I am down 8 pounds and 13.5 inches!! Most importantly, I am in control of food. It does not control me anymore!!”
