Support through Pendant Health (formerly ARC Fertility)
Whether you’re exploring ways to build your family, preserving your fertility, navigating menopause, or seeking support for men’s reproductive health, Pendant Health offers personalized guidance and access to eligible services.
Pendant Health began managing BMC’s ARC Fertility benefit in August 2026. The existing ARC benefit structure remains in place through December 31, 2026. Your dedicated Concierge Care Navigation team and phone number remain the same.
Your current benefit
BMC’s benefit provides up to a $10,000 lifetime maximum toward eligible services. Your Care Navigator can help you understand your options, find participating providers, and review coverage before you begin care.
Fertility and family building
Support includes eligible fertility treatments such as intrauterine insemination (IUI) and IVF Plus packages; fertility medications; donor egg and embryo services; and adoption and surrogacy services.
Fertility preservation
Eligible services include egg and embryo freezing, as well as sperm collection, freezing, and up to one year of storage for members in active infertility treatment. Contact your Care Navigator to confirm which preservation and storage services qualify.
Menopause and perimenopause
Access virtual services and support for menopause and perimenopause. Your Care Navigator can help you explore available services and understand your benefit.
Men’s reproductive health
Support includes eligible medical and surgical services for men undergoing fertility treatment, along with sperm-related testing and services associated with IUI or IVF.
Coming January 1, 2027
Pendant Health will introduce enhancements, including:
- An expanded network of fertility providers.
- More flexible fertility treatment bundles.
- A new member portal with benefit information, provider search, and financial education.
- 24/7 nurse access for members actively in treatment.
- Negotiated fertility medication pricing designed to help your benefit dollars go further.
The $10,000 lifetime benefit maximum will remain unchanged. Additional details about the enhancements will be available before they take effect.
