bWell Update: 2018 Preview
Month four of the bWell Rocks Tour is here! As of November, more than 500 people have joined the tour to rock their health and financial wellness and earn bWell points. It’s not too late to join the tour and start earning points. When you earn 7,000 bWell points by July 31, 2018, you are inducted into the Hall of Fame and quality to win the ultimate VIP experience – a rock-star-style package, and nine other rockin’ prizes.

- Avoid the flu: Get a flu shot and 150 bWell points. Remember, flu shots are 100% covered under all BMC medical plan options. Getting a flu shot at your local in-network retail clinic or pharmacy is convenient and will cost less than going to your doctor. Confirm that the retail clinic or pharmacy is in-network before you go.
- Join Naturally Slim: BMC will offer the Naturally Slim program in February. Naturally Slim is an online program that helps you lose weight and improve your overall health – all while eating the foods you love. With Naturally Slim, you’ll learn that you don’t have to starve yourself or count calories to be healthy, lose weight, and keep it off forever. Watch your email in January for the program application and eligibility requirements.
- Join a team challenge and earn 200 bWell points.
- Maintain Don’t Gain: Create or join a team and support each other to maintain or lose weight this holiday season. Keep an eye on your progress and each week track successful weigh-ins. Track 45 successful weigh-ins between November 16 and December 31, 2017.
- Set Your Pace: Physical activity can help you do more than lose weight – it also can improve health conditions and provide stress relief. As a team, complete and track at least 3 million steps’ worth of physical activity between December 4, 2017, and March 2, 2018.
